Theodor Kockelkoren is known as a clear and outspoken leader, with extensive experience in management roles in both the public and private sectors.
He was formerly a partner in the consulting firm McKinsey & Company before heading AFM, the Dutch financial supervisory authority.
He has been at the helm of SodM since January 2018, where he plays a key role towards ensuring a safe energy transition in the Netherlands.

Anne Myhrvold is director general of the Norwegian Marine Industry Authority (Havtil), a position she has held since 2013. She has a strong commitment to safety and has worked closely with international authorities in this area through her role. Havtil is hosting the Safety Lunch. Havtil is a state supervisory authority with regulatory responsibility for safety, the working environment, emergency preparedness and security in the ocean industry.
